As a tree depends on its root system for sustenance, the branch of radical Islam is dependent on its roots distributed throughout the continents.

It is my humble opinion that this agency has the right to intercept incoming transmissions into our country to protect us.
Having said this I liken this problem to a parent. For example, as a parent we have an obligation to our household integrity to secure hapiness and our welfare. For instance lets say a child molester is communicating with a child in a household without the parents knowledge. Does the parent have the right to intervene? Situations will always arise and specific laws will not be inplace to remedy certain problems and our people in Washington move very, very slow to fix problems. They are more concerned with civilty.
