If you want to get rid of the G-Bay Detainees take my advice. Put them on a plane and take them back to Iraq and give them a heroes welcome. We don't want them to feeeel bad. Tell them that next time we are not taking prisioners/detainees. Instruct Mr. Rumsfeld to square away his defense department. Our military have been fighting a passifist fight. Tell Mr. Snow to put the media goons in their place when they ask their follow up questions. He can start with Mr. Gregory and stare down the little old lady sitting on the front row. It's about time A real leader stepped up to the plate and start making decisions that are for the good of the hardworking people of this country and I don't mean illegals.

It' about 25 days till the elections and my mailbox has started getting full of election flyers. The radio stations have increased the candidates air times. My Official voter information guide it seems is twice as thick as last time. More reading and anylyzing I guess? My opinons about the candidates have been cemented already. Too bad I can't vote in other states. One thing is for sure whom ever gets elected there will still be people discontented cause their pick didn't get the bid. Our problems will still be the same. When 2008 elections roll around Hillary will be complaing about Bushites anf their policies. In 2012 they will still be complaing about the mess that Bush or the outgoing 2008 democratic president made. The only thing responsible voters can do is start their own personal grassroots movement and vote. I mean legal voting.

I was reading an article about G.W. Bush's brother, Jeb, while Jeb was in Pensylvania helping out Mr Santorum. Seems some protestors from the United Steelworkers and Uprising Counter Recruitment started getting to close for comfort. Jeb had to get escorted away from their path. As I was reading this article my mind started wandering back to Los Angeles several decades ago when Bobby Kennedy was shot to death. I wouldn't put it past the protestors. In this day and era nothing surprises me.

Hey Art,
Read your post on the oil and gasoline pricing (Conspiracy Theme). Thanks for all the effort and info you put into the article. I also did some reading on the oil and gasoline situation. When I was waiting in line for gasoline in my GMC Lemans in 1973 I don’t recollect there was a President Bush messing with the price of gasoline. All I remember was the a democratic congress and a republican president trying to manage an energy shortage in a depressed economy. The seventy’s was when the OPEC realized they could flex their muscle to get more for their product. It was at the start of the Yom Kippur War that they began their oil reduction because we supported Israel. Price controls did not work in the 70’s and I don’t think they work today. So if you think Bush and his cronies are doing the price controls, well I disagree. Although, I do think that when OPEC reduces the flow of oil and the US oil companies perceive a shortage they raise their prices. The oil companies saw Katrina’s damage and they acted on it. Granted it does not seem fair and looks immoral but that is business. Supply and demand is the business scheme. We live in a complex global economy and it is getting more difficult. Maybe we should continue getting most of our oil from the number one importer Canada and Mexico our number two. By the way I found out in my reading about oil that the 43 plus acres I have in Wyoming is sitting on a very concentrated area of oil shale deposits. That is good

Kofi Annan went out with a standing ovation. President Bush didn't accept Ahmadinejahd's debate challenge and I don't blame him. Ahmadinejad just wants center stage to promote his legend. That hombre just doesn't like the Isrealis. The 61st meeting of all the do nothings were good at doing nothing. They just had a mini vacation from their daily affairs.
